1. Education only
The Busy Professionals Crypto Program (the “Program”) is Education. Everything on this website, in our videos, in the live sessions, in the recordings, in the Discord, and in our emails is for educational purposes only.
None of it is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. None of it is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific Crypto asset, at any specific time, for you personally.
2. About Dr. Daniel
Dr. Daniel Daniel is a former Dentist. His title comes from his career in Dentistry, not from a finance credential. He is not a registered investment adviser, dealer, portfolio manager, broker, or financial planner in Canada, the United States, or anywhere else. He teaches what he has learned and the process he follows. For advice specific to your situation, speak with a qualified professional.
3. Crypto is risky
Before you put money into Crypto, understand that:
- Crypto prices can rise and fall sharply, sometimes within hours.
- You can lose some or all of the money you put in.
- Crypto exchanges are private companies. They can be hacked, go out of business, or freeze withdrawals.
- Crypto rules and laws can change, and may differ where you live.
- Crypto is not covered by the deposit insurance that protects many bank accounts.
The Program teaches you how to manage these risks carefully. It cannot remove them.
4. No predictions, no promises
We do not predict prices. We make no promise of profit, returns, or results of any kind. What has happened in the market before does not tell you what will happen next.
Market updates posted in the Discord explain what is happening in the market, in plain English. They are not predictions, signals, or instructions to buy or sell.
Any examples used in the Program, including amounts, assets, or scenarios, are for illustration only. They are not recommendations and do not describe what you will experience.
5. Your decisions are yours
You are responsible for every decision you make about your money, and for its results. We never take, hold, manage, or invest your money, and we never have access to your accounts. Before acting on anything you learn, consider your own situation, and speak with a qualified professional where you need to.
6. Companies and products we mention
When we mention an exchange, app, or other company, we do so for teaching purposes. A mention is not an endorsement or a guarantee of that company. Check any company yourself before you use it.
If we ever receive payment or a referral fee from a company we mention, we will say so clearly where we mention it.
7. Taxes
Buying, selling, and holding Crypto can have tax consequences. We do not give tax advice. Keep clear records, and speak with your accountant about your situation.
8. Information can go out of date
We work to keep our information accurate and current, but Crypto, exchanges, and the rules around them change often. Some information on this website or in our materials may be out of date by the time you read it.
9. Questions
If you have a question about this Disclaimer, email daniel@drdanieldaniel.com. Our Terms of Enrollment and Privacy Policy also apply to the Program.
