Terms of Enrollment

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

The Busy Professionals Crypto Program (the “Program”) is operated by EMC Dental Inc., a Nova Scotia, Canada company (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Program is taught by Dr. Daniel Daniel (“Dr. Daniel”).

These Terms apply to everyone who enrolls in the Program, whether in a group cohort or one-to-one. In these Terms, people who enroll are called “clients.” By paying for the Program, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms.

2. Education only, not investment advice

The Program is Education. You are paying for instruction and coaching, not for investment advice or investment management.

• Nothing in the sessions, recordings, Discord, emails, videos, or on our website is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Nothing we say is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any specific Crypto asset, at any specific time, for you personally.
• We do not predict prices, and we make no promise about the future value of any Crypto asset.
• Every decision about your money is yours alone.

Dr. Daniel is not a registered investment adviser, dealer, portfolio manager, or broker in Canada, the United States, or anywhere else. For advice specific to your situation, speak with a qualified professional.

3. Your money stays in your control

We never take, hold, manage, move, or invest your money or your Crypto. Every account you open is in your own name, and only you control it.

We will never ask for your exchange password, your two-factor codes, your recovery phrase, or access to any of your accounts. If anyone asks you for these, even someone claiming to be us, do not give them out and contact us right away.

The Program fee is the only payment you ever make to us.

4. Enrollment is by application

Everyone joins by application. Dr. Daniel reviews every application personally and may accept or decline any application at his discretion. Applying does not reserve a seat.

If you are accepted, we email you the start date and weekly time of your cohort, and a secure payment link. Your seat is confirmed once your payment goes through.

5. Price and payment

• Group program: $5,000 USD per person.
• One-to-one program: $10,000 USD per person.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales taxes, if any, are added at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe through a secure checkout page. We do not see or store your full card number.

6. How the Program runs

The Program runs for six weeks. All six sessions are live on Zoom, one week apart, on the same day and at the same time each week. Times are set in Eastern Time (New York time).

• Week 1, Session One: a 90-minute live teaching session, followed by live Q&A.
• Week 2, Session Two: a 90-minute live teaching session, followed by live Q&A.
• Weeks 3 to 6: four live 60-minute coaching calls.

You receive access to a private Discord for the six weeks of your cohort. Questions posted there are answered Monday to Friday. Market updates are posted there, explaining what is happening in the market. Market updates are not predictions or recommendations.

The Program does not include a written guide.

Group cohorts have up to six clients. The one-to-one program follows the same six-week format, with just you and Dr. Daniel, at a day and time you set together.

The Program teaches the use of centralized Crypto exchanges. It does not cover self-custody wallets.

7. Recordings

Every session is recorded and posted in your cohort’s private Discord, so you can watch it if you miss a session or want to review it.

• By joining a session, you agree to be recorded. You may keep your camera off.
• Recordings are shared only with clients of your cohort and Program staff.
• You may not download, copy, share, or post recordings anywhere outside the Discord.

Missed sessions are not repeated live. The recording is how you catch up, and you can bring your questions to the next session or to Discord.

8. Changes to the schedule

If Dr. Daniel has to move a session, for example because of illness or an emergency, we will tell you as early as we can and hold it at a new time. Where possible, the new time stays within the same week.

If we have to cancel a cohort before Session One, you may choose a full refund or a seat in the next cohort.

Before Session One, you may ask to move to a later cohort. We will do our best to make that work, but we cannot guarantee a seat in a specific cohort.

9. Refunds

If you change your mind, you get a full refund any time before Session Two begins. To ask for a refund, email daniel@drdanieldaniel.com. Refunds go back to the card you paid with.

Once Session Two begins, your enrollment is final and no refunds, credits, or transfers are available. This is because, by that point, you have received the core teaching of the Program.

The same refund rule applies to the group program and the one-to-one program.

10. Discord after the six weeks

When your six weeks end, your Discord access ends. You may be offered the option to stay in the Discord for a monthly fee. If so, the price and terms will be given to you before you sign up. Monthly access can be cancelled at any time and ends at the close of the month you have paid for. Monthly payments already made are not refunded.

11. Respect and privacy inside the Program

The Program is built for professionals who value their privacy. As a client, you agree to:

• Keep what other clients share in sessions and in Discord private. Do not share their names, details, or situations outside the Program.
• Be respectful to other clients and to Dr. Daniel.
• Not promote, sell, or recruit for any product, service, coin, or scheme inside the Program.
• Not ask other clients for money, account access, or personal information.

We may remove anyone from the sessions or Discord for abusive, dishonest, or unlawful behaviour, or for breaking this section. Removal for these reasons does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Your responsibilities

• Give accurate information when you apply and enroll.
• Keep your own accounts, devices, passwords, and two-factor codes secure.
• Make your own decisions, and take responsibility for them.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including any rules about buying, holding, or selling Crypto where you live.
• Look after your own taxes. You are responsible for any taxes on your Crypto activity. We do not give tax advice or prepare tax reports for you.

13. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and legally able to enter into this agreement. The Program is not available where prohibited by law, including to residents of places under comprehensive sanctions under Canadian or United States law. If we learn that an enrollment breaks this section, we may cancel it and refund any payment received.

14. Program materials

The sessions, recordings, slides, videos, market updates, and other Program materials belong to us. Your enrollment gives you a personal licence to use them for your own learning. You may not record sessions yourself, or resell, share, publish, or redistribute any Program material without our written permission. Breaking this section may lead to removal from the Program without a refund.

15. Third-party services

The Program is delivered using Zoom and Discord, and payment is handled by Stripe. Crypto exchanges discussed in the Program are run by other companies. We are not responsible for the services, outages, fees, decisions, or failures of any third party, including any Crypto exchange.

16. Limits of our responsibility

The Program is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows:

• We are not responsible for any loss arising from your investment decisions, market movements, the failure, freezing, or hacking of any exchange, lost account access, scams or fraud by other people, or not following the safety practices taught in the Program.
• Our total responsibility for any claim relating to the Program is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited under the law, including Canadian consumer protection law or the consumer law of the place where you live, where it applies.

17. Payment disputes

If something goes wrong, please email daniel@drdanieldaniel.com first. Most issues can be sorted out directly. Opening a payment dispute for a Program you enrolled in and received is a breach of these Terms. If a dispute is opened, we may share your enrollment, attendance, and communication records with the payment processor to respond to it.

18. General

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any mandatory consumer protections of the place where you live. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these Terms for future enrollments. The version in effect when you pay governs your enrollment.
